New Year's Goals

Every year we make goals for the New Year some call them resolutions.What are your goals for 2016? Organization Health Loss Weight Continued Education New Job Save Money / Grow Wealth Quit Smoking / Drinking /Drugs More Family Time Learn Something New Travel

What ever you decide to do in 2016 I hope you accomplish it.The best way is to set small short term goals.Example: You are not going to loss 100 pounds right away.It is more realistic to say I am going to drink more water this week , this month I will work out once a week , tonight I will eat a healthy dinner.It takes baby steps.You didn't get here in a month and you won't fix it in a week.
